- PRD.md — what we build and why
- ARCHITECTURE.md — system design: requirements, components, APIs, data, scaling, reliability, trade-offs
- RULES.md — what must never be broken
- RELEASES.md — blue (test) and green (live) sites: how every change goes live
- DESIGN-SYSTEM.md — the UI language: tokens, components, patterns, accessibility, governance
- DESIGN.md — look, feel, mood, mascots
- CARD-SYSTEM.md — the card system, bot lineup and build order
- AUTH-CONTRACT.md — how login really works (read before touching login)
- SESSION-CARRYOVER.md — students never log in twice (rolling login, cetking.com move plan)
- TASKS.md — what is done / next / blocked
- MEMORY.md — decisions already made (do not reopen without asking Ravneet)
- SITE-RULES.md — personalisation and SEO: public vs personal layer, centre and exam addresses
Also: MOTION.md — how things move.
When you finish work: update TASKS.md, and add to MEMORY.md if a decision was made.
