Future scope: Guruji's World (Netflix-style, inside Cetking Universe)

1. Overview

• Netflix-style, installable web app (PWA) for Guruji at /teaching inside Universe.
• No separate native app. One login, one shared student memory; students "Add to Home Screen" and it opens full-screen with the Guruji icon, like a native app.
• Video hosting: DynTube (API for metadata and playback). Live classes: Zoom / Google Meet.
• Goal: build a study habit. Familiar like Netflix, personal like Cetking. Minimum taps to start a video.

2. Look and feel

• Dark theme (deep blacks/greys, e.g. #141414, #000000) with Guruji-yellow accents. Note: the rest of Universe is white; Guruji's dark world is a deliberate exception — confirm with Ravneet when scheduled.
• Clean sans-serif type, bold shelf titles.
• Top bar: Guruji icon (left), page title (centre), notification bell with dot (right).
• Profile screen: hero banner (featured course or quote) + "Choose your profile": We (all access), Quant, Verbal, Logic, Oldies (repeat batch); Add / Edit.
• Home: hero = current/next live class with [Join live] and [+ My List]; horizontal shelves of cards.
• Top 10 shelf: big outline numbers behind posters.
• Video card: thumbnail, tag (Live now / New recording / Weak-area fix), duration, title + subtitle (e.g. "Arithmetic: Percentages Part 2").

3. Features

Live classes

• "Live today" hero shows the next Zoom/Meet class; Join opens the meeting link.
• When a class ends, its recording appears automatically in "Recently added" and its topic shelf.

Recorded videos (DynTube)

• Title, thumbnail and duration from the DynTube API.
• Continue watching: progress saved per student, progress bar on the card, shelf at top.
• Bible structure: Quant (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Modern Math), Verbal (RC, Para jumbles, Grammar), Logic; a shelf opens into its subsections.

Shorts

• Vertical, full-screen swipe feed; autoplay with mute toggle; class snippets, tricks, motivation.

Search

• One search across video titles, topics, mock names and teachers; suggestions and recent searches.

Recommended for you (shared memory)

• Uses the student's Universe profile, e.g. Rocky's mock results: low Percentages accuracy → card "Your Percentages accuracy is low, here's the fix".

Top 10 at Cetking (opacity rule)

• Most-watched this week, ranked on the server. Never show view counts.

4. Technical rules

• PWA at /teaching: web manifest + service worker, Guruji icon, full-screen.
• Login: use the central Cetking login only. No new login system.
• Data: shared student memory (mock scores, category, weak areas); progress and "My List" stored per student with RLS.
• Video player: wrapper around the DynTube player for progress tracking.
• Guruji owns all of this (bot isolation): its own folder, crash wall, on/off switch, tests.
• Public video/topic pages keep crawlable URLs for SEO; personal shelves are never indexed.

1. Home: shelves, top picks, continue watching.
2. Shorts: vertical micro-videos.

4. My Guruji: My List, subscription/plan, profile switching.

6. Phases

1. Core shell and playback: PWA setup, route, central login, DynTube connection, basic home shelves, bottom nav.
2. Features and polish: Live today banner, continue watching, Shorts, search, profile screen.
3. Smart features: Top 10 ranking, recommendations from mock scores, notifications, install-prompt tuning.

• Central login live (LOGIN-PLAN build steps 1–8).
• Access tiers (which plans unlock which videos) — Ravneet's tier list.
• DynTube API access and video-to-topic tagging.
• Rocky/TCY mock data in the shared memory for recommendations.
